Some works begin with an image. Others begin with a place, a story, or an idea that does not yet exist.
Commissioned Art offers the opportunity to create a photographic work conceived specifically for you—from a landscape carrying personal meaning to a celestial phenomenon, remote destination or vision we develop together.
Each commission is approached as an individual project, shaped by its story, environment and the conditions required to bring it to life.
A WORK THAT DOESN’T EXIST YET
From an idea to a singular artwork.
A commission begins with a conversation.
It might start with a mountain that has accompanied your family for generations. A landscape connected to a particular memory. A night sky above a place you call home. Or simply an idea that you would like to see interpreted through my photographic world.
From there, I explore what is possible: the location, season, light, celestial alignments and conditions that could give the work its meaning. The resulting project is then planned, photographed and developed specifically around that original vision.

BEYOND THE FRAME
When the wall becomes the artwork.
In collaboration with WallPrint France, selected commissions can be created as large-scale, site-specific photographic installations printed directly onto the surface of a wall.
Rather than placing an artwork within a space, the image becomes part of it—conceived around the proportions, materials and character of the architecture it inhabits. From an expansive mountain panorama spanning an entire wall to a celestial landscape integrated into a more intimate interior, each installation can be developed specifically for its environment.
The technology uses highly precise UV-cured inks and can reproduce photographic imagery directly across a wide range of surfaces, including plaster, wood, concrete, brick and stone. Installations can reach up to four metres in height, while their horizontal scale can extend far beyond the proportions of a conventional framed artwork.
MADE FOR THE SPACE
An artwork in dialogue with its environment
Every site-specific commission begins with the space itself. The proportions of the wall, viewing distance, surrounding materials and atmosphere of the interior become part of the creative process.
Together, the artwork and its final scale are considered as one composition, allowing an image to be adapted—or, in certain cases, created from the outset—for the architecture it will inhabit.
