Angel Fux to speak and reveal new artwork at Photo Wonderland 2026
On October 23, 2026, Angel Fux will be joining Photo Wonderland in Bern for a special lecture presented in collaboration with FUJIFILM Switzerland.
During the talk, Angel will take audiences behind the scenes of a recent photographic project created with the FUJIFILM GFX medium-format system, tracing its journey from the initial creative vision and extensive planning to the logistical challenges of working at high altitude and the creation of the final artwork.
Drawing on her experience in remote mountain environments, she will share her first impressions of integrating medium-format photography into her established landscape and astrophotography workflow, exploring both the creative possibilities of the larger sensor and the practical challenges of using such equipment in demanding conditions.
Through behind-the-scenes material, technical insights and personal storytelling, the presentation will offer a closer look at the preparation, patience and creative decisions that lie behind a single finished image.
The event will also mark the official unveiling of a new photographic artwork, created as part of this project and presented to the public for the first time.
The lecture will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Bern.
