Join Angel at the Night Photo Summit 2026

From February 13th to 15th, 2026, Angel Fux will be speaking at the Night Photo Summit, an online event dedicated to night and astrophotography.
Her talk, titled “The Creative, Technical, and Physical Journey Behind Winter Nightscape Images,” explores a narrative-driven approach to nightscape photography, with a particular focus on working in remote mountain environments and winter conditions.
The session offers insight into the creative process behind Angel’s work, from storytelling and writing as tools for intention, to technical choices made in response to physical constraints such as cold, fatigue, and limited mobility. Rather than focusing solely on settings or conditions, the talk examines how preparation, patience, and adaptability shape meaningful night images over time.
Participants will gain a behind-the-scenes look at how creative intent, technique, and the physical reality of night work intersect, and how a slower, more reflective approach can lead to more sustainable and fulfilling photographic practice.
The Night Photo Summit is open to photographers of all levels.
